First, choose materials. Next, flatten. Place the cut aluminum plate into a flattening machine for flattening. The flattening machine squeezes the aluminum plate through bending rollers and pressing rollers to make it flat. The surface of the flattened aluminum plate is smooth and even, which is convenient for subsequent processing and use.

Then, surface treatment. Surface treatment of aluminum coils as required. Common surface treatment methods include anodizing, spraying, anodizing chemical methods, etc. Surface treatment can improve the corrosion resistance, aesthetics and service life of aluminum coils.

Next, coating treatment. Aluminum coils are coated as needed. Common coating methods include coating, coil coating, spray coating, etc. Coatings can add color, weather resistance and decorative properties to aluminum coils.

Finally, cut and coil. Cut the surface- and coated aluminum coils to the required length. Then, the cut aluminum coils are coiled through a coiler. The rolled aluminum coils can be packaged and shipped as needed.
